Because Drag Racing Heaven is not only an online store, but also a mall retail store there is always a possibility that items become out of stock.
We do the best we can to let you know if something is out of stock as quickly as possible. Let us know if you would like the item for a gift and are concerned about receiving the item by a particular date.
Our shipping policy is "Ship Everything Together". This means that your order will be held as "Pending" until all items are available for shipment.
If you do not mind additional shipping charges, email us and we can "Send Items as They are Available".
Our standard shipping method is USPS. Once shipped this service will generally take 2 to 6 business days to reach you, depending on your location.

RETURN POLICY
There are no refunds after 30 days from date of receipt. There are no cash refunds given. There is a 20% restocking fee charged for items over $100 and a store credit issued.There are no refunds of shipping & handling charges. If you return any merchandise credit is given for the amount of the merchandise and tax (if applicable).
EXCHANGES
If after you receive an item and want to exchange it for a different size, you are responsible for the cost to ship the merchandise back to our store and for us to ship the new exchanged item back to you. If there is an added charge for a different item, your credit card will be charged this amount, plus return shipping & handling charge.
